Privacy Policy
Effective September 22, 2026
This policy explains how Freedom & Profits Solutions LLC collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website or ask about personal or business funding consulting.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identifiers and contact details, such as your name, email, phone number, and mailing address.
- Consultation details, including your goals, requested funding amount, intended use of funds, income or business information, and information you choose to share about credit.
- Communications and records from appointments, email, phone, or the website chat tool.
- Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank passwords, or full payment-card numbers through ordinary email or website chat.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and provide consultations, assess readiness, prepare requested recommendations, maintain records, improve and secure the website, comply with law, prevent fraud, and send communications you requested or permitted.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors that support website hosting, appointment booking, communications, analytics, and professional services; to a lender or funding provider when you direct or authorize us to do so; in connection with a business transaction; or when required to protect rights, safety, and comply with law. Service providers may use information only for the work they perform for us, subject to their agreements and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some U.S. state laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly, including certain targeted advertising activities. You may contact us to ask whether those definitions apply to our current practices and to exercise an applicable opt-out right.
Cookies and browser choices
Our website and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions, security, preferences, and usage measurement. You can limit cookies through your browser, but parts of the website may not work as intended. Where legally required, we honor applicable opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. Because there is no uniform U.S. standard, we do not otherwise respond to Do Not Track signals.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, our business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your U.S. privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence and whether its privacy law applies to us, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; and appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a protected right. We may verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law. An authorized agent may submit a request where state law allows.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through another appropriate method.
